I was really wanting something delicious to eat and I saw a new recipe from Almost Raw Vegan, and it looked so delicious I had to try. So, this is my attempt, without a few ingredients I was missing.
(Yields: 1 plate, Serving: 2, Prep time: 10 mins, Cook time: 45 mins)
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons Cholula hot sauce (or tabasco)
- 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon extra light olive oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (buy here*)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
Chop the cauliflower into small florets.
In a bowl, add the almond milk, hot sauce, tabasco sauce, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika and pepper.
(The image doesn’t show the tabasco)
Stir well until everything is dissolved.
Mix the sauce with the cauliflower and stir until everything is mixed together.
