- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup carob powder
- 12 pitted medjool dates
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Here’s what the ingredients look like:
Remove the avocado pit and add all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend until it’s very smooth. Do be careful as sometimes, dates can be in big chunks.
Spoon it into a bowl and eat it straight away, or freeze it for a while to enjoy some lovely ice cream.
