Note: Leeks go extremely well with rice!
(Yields: 1 plate , Serving: 1, Prep time: 5 mins, Cook time: 6 mins)
- 1/2 leek
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A sprinkle of salt
- A sprinkle of black pepper
Chop the garlic and leeks in small pieces, starting from the white part and work upwards. Throw away some of the dark black leaves.
Put it in a strainer and wash. Then, let it dry off.
Add the leeks in the frying pan with olive oil and garlic.
Add salt and pepper.
Take the leek out of the pan and serve.
