(Yields: 1 bowl, Serving: 2, Prep time: 10 mins)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Add all the ingredients into the blender.
Push down with the food tamper and blend until smooth. (I recommend using a really good blender like Vitamix).
