This one is the old grandfather because it’s the fourth edition of the different green smoothies I’ve made!
- 1 pear
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 large cucumber
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup Swiss chard
- 1/2 celery stalk
Prepare and cut the fruits and vegetables if necessary:

Add the bulky fruits or vegetables at the bottom.
(I tend to add everything in at once and really push down with the food tamper, but I recommend that you add a little each time)
Blend until it’s smooth, then add more and blend again.
