I use this as a sweetener, instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners.
(Yields: 1 jar, Serving: Many, Prep time: 15 mins, Cook time: 8 mins)
- 2 cups green grapes
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons water
Remove the stem and Wash the green grapes with vegetable wash (if possible). That will get rid of pesticides and waxes.
Put it in the blender and blend until smooth.
Add the mixture into the frying pan and turn the heat on medium high (6).
Cook for about 4 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir until the corn starch has been dissolved.
Add that to the mixture and cook for 4 more minutes and turn the heat off.
