- 5 dried longans
- 2-5 dried red dates (jujubes)
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 2 cups of water
Give the dried longans, red dates and goji berries a quick rinse.
Add all the ingredients into a pot and bring it to a boil, then use medium heat to cook for about 10 minutes until the tea is a golden brown colour.
For convenience sake, you can boil a large pot to drink over the week!
