(Yields: 1 small plate, Serving: 1, Prep time: 10, Cook time: 15 mins)
- 1 small sheet of rice noodle, boiled
- 1 scallion
- 1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Boil one small sheet of rice noodles and remove all the water and cut into small pieces.
(There’s a lot more in this pot as I was cooking it for other purposes!)
Make the sauce by combining the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle it over the rice noodles.
Top it with a few slices of scallions.
