Whenever we need to eat vegetables and can’t be bothered to cut, we cook this because it’s so simple and tasty.
(Yields: 2 bowls, Serving: 3, Prep time: 5 mins, Cook time: 15 mins)
- 1 packet of broccoli cole slaw
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion spice
- 2 teaspoon garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
Put oil into the pan and add the vegetable slaw packet straight in.
Add salt and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add turmeric, garlic, oregano, paprika and onion spice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and cook until the vegetables are relatively soft.
Lastly, add the vinegar and cook for about two minutes.
