- 4 cups kale, lettuce, baby spinach, broccoli
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, raspberries and red grapes
- 2 cups frozen honeydew melon, green apples
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 1 cup cold water
Be sure to freeze the fruits one day before!
Wash the green leafy vegetables and prepare the frozen fruits.
Add all the frozen fruits into the blender and blend until it’s smooth.
Add the green vegetables, cocoa powder and a cup of water, blend until everything is runny and smooth.
