(Yields: 1 plate, Serving: 2, Prep time: 5 mins, Cook time: 15 mins)
- 2 big bok choy
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices chili peppers
- 1/2 packet spicy tofu (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut the bok choy in small pieces, separating the stems and leaves.
Add olive oil in the frying pan and the chili peppers and bok choy stems. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add spicy tofu, salt and garlic powder.
Cook for another 5-8 minutes until the bok choy stems are cooked.
If you’re not sure about if the bok choy is done or not, just taste it. You will be able to tell if it’s still raw.
