It’s funny but I never thought of making my own chocolate bar until one day I was doing some dessert and the consistency just turned out to be exactly like chocolate. All you need to mix together is carob/cocoa powder, liquid sweetener like brown rice syrup/maple syrup, barley malt and coconut oil. What better thing to use than a chocolate bar mold to make the shape of a chocolate?

From my experience, making vegan ice cream is really simple, but keeping it the consistency is hard. As soon as it’s frozen for a night, the ice cream becomes so rock solid that nothing can get it out. This is when the ice cream maker comes in great use and makes it much easier to achieve that ice cream texture.
