6 Fun Kitchen Equipment to Get

Chocolate Bar Mold

CANDY BAR chocolate candy mold

It’s funny but I never thought of making my own chocolate bar until one day I was doing some dessert and the consistency just turned out to be exactly like chocolate. All you need to mix together is carob/cocoa powder, liquid sweetener like brown rice syrup/maple syrup, barley malt and coconut oil. What better thing to use than a chocolate bar mold to make the shape of a chocolate?

Cheesecake Pan

Wilton Excelle Elite 6 x 2-3/4 Inch Springform Pan

I love making my vegan cheesecake with cashews, avocado and such, but without a pan, it is very hard to get it into the shape of a cake, particularly if you want it small.

Doughnut Pan

Wilton Nonstick 6-Cavity Donut Pan

I was all for making my own healthy doughnuts but then I thought: Oops, how am I supposed to bake it into the shape of a doughnut? Duh, I needed a doughnut pan of course so it can create that round loop thing.

Waffle Maker

Proctor-Silex 26500Y Durable Belgian Waffle Baker

Waffle makers make waffles, of course. These cute looking breakfast foods. I always wanted to try them as they look so good!

Ice Cream Maker

MaxiMatic EIM-502 Elite Gourmet 4-Quart Old-Fashioned Pine-Bucket Electric/Manual Ice-Cream Maker

From my experience, making vegan ice cream is really simple, but keeping it the consistency is hard. As soon as it’s frozen for a night, the ice cream becomes so rock solid that nothing can get it out. This is when the ice cream maker comes in great use and makes it much easier to achieve that ice cream texture.

GEFU Spirelli Spiral Cutter

I saw this and thought: OMG a spiral cutter that seems to be really easy to use! Although I haven’t got one myself, I do like the concept of it and it seems like it may even work better than a julienne peeler.
